- DPD - Next Working Day if ordered by 2pm
- Royal Mail 1st Class - 1-2 working day
- Royal Mail 2nd Class - 2-4 working days
Please note your personal details, including your address and phone number will be passed securely to our fulfilment company and delivery company in order to complete the delivery of your selected items.
* Please allow 7-10 days in addition to delivery delays in high volume order times such as launch weeks, Black Friday & Christmas. *Please also allow 1-2 days in addition for personalised/engraved products.

- Royal Mail 1st Class (£75.00 and up) - Free
- Royal Mail 1st Class (£0.00–£44.99) - £3.40
- Royal Mail 2nd Class (£0.00–£45.00) - £2.90
- Royal Mail 2nd Class (£45.00–£74.99) - Free
Refunds:
We can accept your order for a refund at any stage within 60 days once it is sealed, in its original box, resellable and still an available product within our range.
Exchanges:If your product is used or unsealed this may qualify for an exchange or a gift voucher which can be used online or in our Grafton St store. Please reach out to our customer service team at

The good news? Exchanges and/or Refunds can be made online or in our Grafton Street store or Belfast Store Victoria Square. (Exchanges and refunds are sadly not available in our Kildare Village store).
How to make a return:
We have partnered with Royal Mail to make any necessary returns within the United Kingdom as easy as possible for you. Should you need to return your item to us for any reason please follow these steps:
1. Visit: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/60492. On the Retailer dropdown menu select SCULPTED BY AIMEE.3. Input your Order Reference Number. (You can find your order number in the initial confirmation email from us online).4. Input your Contact Details, including your email address, name and home address.5. Please print the Sculpted By Aimee Returns Form and input all necessary details. Click HERE to download the returns form. (Please note that failing to include this document may result in longer lead times for returns.)
6. Confirm that your item does not exceed the maximum weight and size limit.
7. Once your label has been created, print and place on your box and return to your nearest Royal Mail drop-off.
* Please ensure that your Returns Form is filled out and returned with your order to facilitate a speedy turnaround.

Returning something as a gift?If you were gifted Sculpted by someone but it wasn’t a fit for you, we can organise an exchange/gift voucher once we have the purchaser’s email and name to track this order for you. Contact our customer service team at

Gift Cards:
We have e-gift cards cards available across our websites and physical gift cards are available to purchase in-store. For gift cards purchased in £ on www.sculptedbyaimee.co.uk or in our Belfast Victoria Square/London Carnaby Street stores, they can only be redeemed in these locations - they cannot be redeemed in our Grafton Street/Kildare Village store or on our www.sculptedbyaimee.com site.
Academy Bookings:
Please note that all deposits for our Academy Courses are non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of start date. Deposits may be transferable to a different course pending availability.
Masterclasses/Events:
Please note that all payments for Masterclasses/Events are non-refundable within 24 hours of the event commencing.
Good to know:
- Please note that Free Gifts/ GWPs / PWPs are not sold items and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- There are also no refunds or exchanges on our Surprise Beauty Boxes given the box is heavily discounted. If any of the products you receive in your Surprise Beauty Box is damaged/faulty please contact our customer service team at hello@sculptedbyaimee.com for more information.
